He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Willis Curtis and Mary Inez Jacobsen; his parents-in-law, Pete and Millie Peters; his siblings, Vernon Curtis and Carla Lingwall; and his son-in-law Jay Herrick.
He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Andrews; his children, Jeff and Tami; his wife Bonnie; his children, Connie Herrick, Gary Richardson, Mark Sears (Melissa), Jeffery Curtis (Cammie), Timothy Curtis (Shonna) and Tamara Young (Jared); his siblings, Gene Curtis (Bunny) and Genean Hickenlooper; and his siblings-in-law, Mareah Curtis-Vanwagoner and David Lingwall. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
