She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Proctor and Loa Jean Proctor (Williams); her daughter Lauren; and her husband Marv Bolinder. She is survived by: her sons, Marcus (Lara) and Brian; her grandchildren, Kainoa, Lucas, Leah, Hemaile, Ryne, Grace and Nick; her pet Retriever Trooper; and her siblings, Larry, Paul and Sara. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that friends and family consider a gift to a charity of their choice in memory of Leslie.
