He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Allen and Donna Jean Blackburn Smith; his daughter Shera Dawn; and his brother Sydney. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his sons, Jason (Tori), Jeromy (Karen Dayley) and Jared (Amber); his stepsons, Mike (Sherry) and Jake; and his sisters, Diana (Mike), Karen and Joy (Kelley). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
