He is survived by: his significant other Laurel Christensen Weaver; his children, Chari Shideler (Ian), Brandon Weaver (Kathrine), Shalise Rivas (Ebacilio), Shontelle Halladay (Eric) and Bryson Weaver; his grandchildren, Brandon, Jorrel, Kayla, Eryss, Anthony, Kaden, Annalia and Nathan; and his brothers, Michael and Paul Weaver. He is also survived by his wife and children.
