He was predeceased by: his mother Rubelle; and his brothers, Ronald Leroy Van Wagoner, Dan Van Wagoner (Lorraine Van Wagoner Gautney) and Gary Van Wagoner. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his children, Forever and Eternity; his former spouses, Rae Brinkerhoff and Mareah Curtis; and his siblings, Dale Van Wagoner, Greg Van Wagoner, Helen Van Wagoner Harmon and Judy Van Wagoner Rice.
