He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ardean and Regina Jacobson. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Croft Burk; and his children, Pim Burk, Misty Christensen (David), Pimerton Burk (Laurie), Abby Farley (Kyler) and Holly Jewkes (Jessee). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren 2 great-grandchildren and 8 siblings.
