She is survived by: her husband Phill Skinner; her sons, Joseph Skinner (Lisa) of Pittsburgh, PA., Arnold Skinner (Bonnie), Pax River, MD, Shawn Skinner and Paul Skinner (Kelly); and her sister-in-law Mary Jean Bruno. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
