He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Guy and Marge Guy; and his brothers, Don and James (Sarie). He is survived by: his spouse Miss Sarie Martino of Price; his children, Dana Marrelli and Dave Guy (Becky); his grandchildren, Lacie Crowther, Haley Sheppard, Kylee Guy and Logan Guy; and his great grandchild Jaxon.
