He was predeceased by: his parents, Efrain Urrutia and Luz Mendivel; his former wife Martha "India" Urrutia; and his son Eduardo "Pachin" Urrutia. He is survived by: his wife Belen Vega; his children, Daniel (Romelia) of Spring Glen, Maty (Clay) of Montana, Sandra of Price, Mariano (Suelin) of Santaquin, Alejandro (Lorena) of Provo, Leonardo of Price and Oscar (Alma) of Carbonville; and his stepchildren, Carlos (Karina) of Price, Aide (Adan) of Price, Octavio (Carina) of Price and Gustavo (Linzy) of Price. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, nephews and nieces.
