He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph Miggin Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Miggin (Curran); and his wife Beverly Jean Miggin (Knavel). He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Ann Thompson (James), Robert Miggin (Chris) and Richard Miggin (Cindy); and his children, Thomas Miggin (Sherry), Cathy Pollock (Mike), Dan Miggin (Angie) and Carla Duong (Lee). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
