He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Anne Cook; his children, Melanie Day (Bryce) and Jeffrey Nelson (Miew Sawitree); his grandson Alexander Day; his pet Cooper; and his siblings, Kathy Tingey and Paul Nelson.
