He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Phelps Day and Joan Antoinette Capps. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Day (Susie) of Brigham City and Jamie Day Smith of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Jaydon Ruiz (Thomas Mason), Kaleb Day, Cody and Kylie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Xzavier and Braxten.
