He was predeceased by: his parents, Eijiro Tsukamoto and Motoko Yamagami; and his siblings, Shozo Tsukamoto and Kyoko Kondo. He is survived by: his spouse Maryetta Brown; his children, Timothy Tsukamoto and April Young (Kevin) of Brigham City, UT; and his brother Saburo Tsukamoto (Takeko) of Saitama. He is also survived by four grandchildren, his youngest.
