He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Oviatt and Barbara Oviatt; and his brother Alan Oviatt. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Cody Oviatt (Mirela) and Krystle Oviatt; his stepsons, Jeremy Jacobs, Justin Jacobs (Emily) and Daniel Fisher; and his siblings, Jim Oviatt (Janice), Marie Popp (Brent) and Melissa Wilson (Steve). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (12154 S 3600 W, Riverton, UT 84065).
After Marty's Alzheimer's diagnosis, he was surrounded by the love of friends and family.
