He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Edith Taylor and Lewis Wm Sorensen; his aunts and uncles, Rulon, Aleen Sorensen, Lincoln and Della Hansen; and his sister Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Helen Henry of Brigham City, UT; and his children, Michael Guy (Teresa) of Greenwood, IN and Lisa Capps of Hales Corner, WI.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
