Whitney (Pat); her former spouse Thomas Collins; her son Curtis Collins; her stepchildren, Kristine, DeAnn Cagle (Brent), David (Debbie) and Kenneth (Tina); and also Arlene Wilson (late Duane). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
