She was predeceased by: her parents, Kent Reynolds and Jo Doris Jensen; her brother Royce Jensen; her siblings-in-law, Ramona Jensen and Scott Deakins; her nephew Shane Moulton; and her great-niece Sheianne Kae Lynn Blakely.
She is survived by: her child Life Specialist; her siblings, Kaylene Deakins, Jolene Moulton (Robert) and John Jensen; her sister-in-law Connie Jensen; and her nieces and nephews, John, Cameron, Steven Jensen, Nathan Jensen, Aaron, Ryan, Travis Moulton, Shana Jensen, Brandy, Crystal Deakins and Hayley Moulton. She is also survived by Seven grandnephews, seven grandnieces and one great-grandnephew.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 AM to 12:45 AM, from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary - Brigham City (205 S 100 E, Brigham City, UT 84302). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
