He is survived by: his parents, Allen Congleton and Susan Congleton Moore (Chris); his brothers, Josh Congleton, Justin Congleton (Laura), Jesse Congleton, Jared Congleton (Kristyn) and Jordon Congleton (Julie); his grandfather Tom Ruklic; his half-siblings, Carson Congleton and Paighton Congleton Carter; his stepsiblings, Brock Moore (Cheryl), Brinti Burrup (Trent), Brooke Jensen (Trevor) and Brianne Moore; his aunts and uncles, Steve, Teresa Bixby, Mary Bixby and Gary Congleton (Susie); his cousins, Jessica Bixby Yoder (Nate), Doug Bixby (Kim) and Brianna Epstein Snodgrass (Caleb); his nieces, Lily Congleton, Kaya Congleton and Nova Congleton; and his nephew Macky Congleton.
