James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Ara Minta Fullmer; and his siblings, John Howard Fullmer Junior, Larry Kay Fullmer and Nola Mae Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Fullmer; and his children, Jamie Lee Johnson, Wendy Trent Tripp, Michael Howard Fullmer, Heidi JoAnn Fullmer (Bullock), Robert Neal Fullmer and James Lynn Fullmer "Jimmy". He is also survived by His 11 grandchildren, 16 step-grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Brigham City West Stake Center (895 N 625 W, Brigham City, UT 84302). A burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Brigham City Cemetery (300 S 300 E, Brigham City, UT 84302).
