He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Christensen and Mae Christensen; and his siblings, Tony Christensen, Rene Christensen and Patricia Christensen.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Christensen; his children, Bruce Christensen (Thi Nguyet Do), Greg Christensen (Jennifer), Lori Genther (Jared) and Trevor Christensen (Rachael); and his sisters, Virginia Naegle, Janet Christensen, Dorothy Simons and Mary Wolverton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
