It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Payne of Brigham City, Utah, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore Nelson and Virginia Nelson; her spouse Dean Lee Payne; her sons, Kerry Dean "Pibber" Payne (Carma), Donn Lee Payne (Robyn) and Ted Dee Payne (Rosalie); and her siblings, Sherry of Boise, ID., Joyce and Douglas. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
