He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cunningham and Doris Cunningham. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Marie; his grandson Anthony; his stepsons, Robert and Phillip Wingfield; his stepgranddaughter Trinity; and his siblings, Cyndi Cunningham, Bonnie Smith (Ken) and Fred Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
