He is survived by: his children, Calvin David (Misty), Kristi Ray Goldsberry (Brett), Cindy Gadberry (Kirk), Michael Richard, Melanie Hershfeldt (Steve) and Gregory John (MaryAnn); his wife Kathryn Miller (Temple); and his brother Jon (Linda). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
