He was predeceased by: his parents, Verland Jay Frodsham and Blanche Frye; and his son Jay David Frodsham. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Williams Frodsham; his daughter Danette Smith Driscoll (Kelly); and his sister Arlene Allen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.

“Dear Joyce and children, Dave was one of my dearest childhood friends, and it lasted all through our lives. Grade school through high school, we were together often in sports, dating and all the wonderful activities of youth. He was always a delight to be with and a loyal friend. Later, at PBH I would often see him and Deverl and we loved laughing about the good old days at BEHS. I will miss him. My love and condolences at your loss. Best wishes, Richard Gordon”
