He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus W. Freston and Lillian Fowkes Freston; his son David J. Freston; his son-in-law Kim Crumbo; and his brothers, Robert and Jon Freston.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Freston; his children, Becky Crumbo, Rick (Cindy), Jon and Sean Freston (June); and his brother James W. Freston. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
