She was predeceased by: her father Denzil Baird; her niece Candace Clark Mosser; and her parents-in-law, Lorraine and Shelby Whiting. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Atkinson Baird; her husband Bruce E Wood; her children, Shaune Parsons (Jill), Kim McNeely (Bruce), Krista Wood and Kellan Wood; and her siblings, Susan Sutton (Ken), Debbie Heaton (Mark) and Scott Baird (Ed Quinlan). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
