She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Faldmo and Sydney Faldmo; her husband Guy; and her son Jake. She is survived by: her children, Chad (Amanda), Andria (Nick), Kimberley (Ryan), Samantha (Shawn) and Melissa (Chris); and her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Boston, Blake, Addie, Robbie and Kaia.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery (1640 Lakeview Dr, Bountiful, UT 84010). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the South Jordan River Ridge Stake Center (10168 S 1110 W, South Jordan, UT 84095).
