He is survived by: his mother Kathy Boothe (Anderson); his siblings, Kenny (Jaime), Camille (Aaron Jorgensen), Trae and Katelyn (Nate Logan); his cousin Bailey; his spouse Makenzie Kramer (KK); his stepmother Nicole Boothe-Webster (Andrew); his parents-in-law, Dixie and Scott Kramer; his siblings-in-law, Corry Webster (Stephanie), Kara Follis (Perry), Tyson, Madison Burrola (Armando) and Becca Webster; and his nieces and nephews, Oliver, Andie, Aubrey, Beckham, Harrison, Jaxson, Rockson, Pete, Nash, Charlie, Benjamin, Lucia, Bentley, Oaklee, Callie and Miles.
