She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Allen Shepherd and Rae Dene Boyles Bost; and her sister Mary Jilda Bennett (Jill). She is survived by: her husband Matthew Hughes; her children, Colin Hughes, Elizabeth Hughes and Emma Hughes; her sister Dawn Bost; and her pets, Ruby, Gus and Penny. She is also survived by nephew and nieces.
