He is survived by: his former wife Sue Warner; his children, Lyndi Olsen, Cody Olsen (Sarah), Lonnie Olsen (Heidi) and Nikki Haskell; his wife Susan Warner Olsen; his grandchildren, Shelbie Simpson, Colton Simpson (Jessica), Mekinley Evans (Isaac), Josie Simpson, Dallin Olsen, Kaitlyn Olsen, Tucker Olsen, Trevor Olsen, MaCoy Olsen, Trexden Olsen, Kavrick Olsen, TenzLyn Olsen, Macy Langston (Tallan), Ty Haskell and Mallie Haskell; his great grandchild Finn Simpson; and his brother Kerry Olsen.
