She was predeceased by: her parents, Merna Turner Boothe and Kennith Boothe; her brother Greg Boothe; and her nephew Sheldon Boothe. She is survived by: her siblings, Pam Hogdson (Grant) and Jeff Boothe (Stacy); her sons, Matthew Bradshaw (Sarah), Mitchell Bradshaw and Taylor Bradshaw; her grandchildren, Aidia, Davis, Bella, Maya, Greyson, Lukous, Bridger and Oakley; and also Nicole Boothe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Lakeview Cemetery (1640 E Lakeview Dr S, Bountiful, UT 84010).
