He was predeceased by: his wife Beulah Monk; his siblings, Clayson, Jennie, Verda, Priscilla, Annie, Leora, Mae and Dell; and his daughter-in-law Sharon Simmons.

He is survived by: his close friend Calvin; and his children, Beulah, Provo, Lee, Cal (Janice), Colette Miller, Marv (Patty), Ron and Marilyn Olsen (Rick). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 63 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
