He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Pack and Retta Pack; his siblings, Donald, Robert (Bob), Dean and Bonnie; and his sons, Randy and Tim.
He is survived by: his grandson Tim; his wife Marva; and his grandchildren, Karl, Terry Pack (Susie) and DeAnne Thomas. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren.
