He is survived by : his parents, James Terry and Judy Terry; his children, Addison Jane and AJ; his wife Kate; his siblings, Jamie (Dave), Janee (Dallas), Jason (Kim), Jeremy (Melissa) and Jodie (Mike); his son Beau Jeffrey; and also Kate.

Viewing was held on Sunday, July 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ Stake Center (2651 S 500 W, Bountiful, UT 84010).
