He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Clifford and Martha Ann Peters Talbot; his wife Joyce Roylance Talbot; and his daughter Judy Teerlink. He is survived by: his sons, Neil Jay Talbot, Douglas Lee Talbot (Mindy) and Mark Allen Talbot (Kathy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
