The passing of James Merrill Rushforth of Bountiful, Utah leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 22, 2025 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Rushforth and Amy Areta Porter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Elggren; his sister Dorene Jones; and his children, Denise Burnham (Jeff), James Rushforth (LeeAnne), David Rushforth, Debbie Twitchell (Jeff), Garth Rushforth (Annette), Marti Barker (Andrew) and Mindi Bender (Ken).
Viewing was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dry Creek Ward Building (720 550 N, Bountiful, UT 84010).
