He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Harper and Gertrude Ashcroft Toolson; his daughter Lana; and his siblings, Beth, Burns, Kay, Charles, Landell and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife LuJean Chugg; his children, Michael (Melody), Lisa Meyer (Paul), Steven, Jeffery (Suzanne), Leann Woodbury (Calvin), Lori Tesch (Peter) and Richard (Sandy); and his brother Brian (Linda). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
