He is survived by: his mother Nina Leishman Johnston; his wife Kim; his children, Tanner (Jessicah Starke), Hunter (Savannah Brown), Rachel, Olivia and William; his granddaughter Eleanor; and his siblings, Mark (Lynne), Mike, Lisa (Craig Ward), Jeremy (Camille) and Scott (Chantell).
