We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 94, Egill Simonsen (Bountiful, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leif Johan Simonsen and Klara Marie Pedersen; his wife Gunhild Brunsvik Simonsen; his brothers, Jan and Kaare; his sons, Ben (Erna), Tom and Finn; and his grandson Erik.

He is survived by: his sister Britt; and his children, Fred (Jan), Boyd, Raymond (Claudine), Reuben (Heather), Lilah and Julie (Tony). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
