He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Chadwick and Wallace Wilson. He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Sonja Wendrich; his wife Emma Jean Singley; his sister Blanch Blackburn; and his children, Linda Plott, Bryan Wilson, Kim Wilson, Kent Wilson, Kevin Wilson (Simpsonville) and Brenda Bonura. He is also survived by grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
