He was predeceased by: his parents, David Oakley Noakes and Beatrice Leona Rodeback Noakes; his sister Darlene Randall; and his granddaughter Suzette Thomson. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Page; and his children, Sherrie Goudy (Dave) of West Bountiful, UT, Bonnie Thomson of Centerville, UT, Kurt Noakes (Jody) of Fountain Green, UT, Craig Noakes (Maria) of Bountiful, UT and Lori Greco (Darryl) of Livermore, CA. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 48 great-grandchildren.
