He is survived by: his wife Debora Jacobsen (Debbie); his brother Neil Jacobsen (Karen); and his children, Matthew Jacobsen (Alicia), Heidi Brown (Gary), Shalise Jacobsen, Andrea Christensen (Nick), Andrew Jacobsen (Marnie) and Camille Dalton (Phil). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
