He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Kitchen and Prairiebelle Kitchen; his brother Harvey Jr.; and his grandson Johnathon Charles Fresh (Marjorie LaVon Adair). He is survived by: his sister Darlene Kitchen; and his children, Cynthia Gilbert (Kitchen), Bruce Kitchen, Michael Kitchen and Rusty Lynn Kitchen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
