She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn D.; her grandchildren, Teresa, Matthew, Alicia, Cody, Ryan, Carissa, Janessa, Caiden, Tyler, Mikell, Austin, James, Baylee, Dee, Bryson and Noni; and her siblings, Joanie Putnam, Robert Clark and William Clark.
