He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray C. Gines and Elaine Argyle Gines; his siblings, Lee Gines and JoAnn McNeal; and his grandson Clint Christensen.
He is survived by: his wife Johanna D. Gines; his children, Laurianne Christensen (Mike), Julianne Larmay, Michael Gines (Tracy) and Christine; and his brothers, Keith Gines (Jolene) and Paul Gines (Lynette). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
