He is survived by: his wife Mathel Moore of Parowan; his daughter Sherry Lee (Ashton); his sisters, Anna Turner (Gary) and Grace Marie Dennis (Ron); and his children, Geniel Sly (Scott), Craig Smith (Barbara), Valerie Bond (Joe) and Richard Smith (Bonnie). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and even great great grandchildren.
