He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Clinton Swain and Rachael LaVerda Hair Swain; his siblings, Darlene (JR Nelson) and Gerald; and his brother-in-law Joe Dean Secrist.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Gail Manning; his children, Mark (Kristie), Mike (Charlotte), Lisa Jarvis (Mark) and Stephanie Ferguson (Brandon); and his sister Carolyn Secrist. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
