She was predeceased by: her parents, George Provstgard and Doris Lewis. She is survived by: her sister Donna; her daughters, Tanya (Thomas) and Sasha (Mike); and her grandchildren, Tessa, Antonio, Will, Andrew and Sophie.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mueller Park Stake Center (E 1800 S & E Mueller Pk Rd, Bountiful, UT 84010).
