He is survived by: his wife Gaylene; his children, Hollie Shelton (Shane), Jacob (Lauren), Amber Chidester (John), Jared (Samantha) and Amanda Cannon (Kyle); and his siblings, Leah Jane Brower, Dennis Smith, Laura Lee Mistycah, Darrin Smith and Julene Reese.
