He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Gessel Tibbitts and Ethel Marie Call; his siblings, Jean Matthews (Dave), Dean and Gary Tibbitts; his brother-in-law Michael Kuepper; and also, Sterling and Ellen Hixson.
He is survived by: his children, Adam Tibbitts (Jamee), Aaron Tibbitts (Wendy) and Amy Erickson (Chesley); his brother Robert Tibbitts (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Tibbitts, Susan Tibbitts, Judy Kuepper, David Matthews, Richard Hixson (Luan) and Robert Lee Hixson (Shara). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, his nieces and nephews.
